YOUTH LEADERSHIP

Sea Sense works with young people to develop their leadership capabilities so that they can be ambassadors for marine wildlife in their communities.  Environmental leadership activities are incorporated into our secondary school education programmes and usually end with a student debate between neighbouring schools on the topic of marine biodiversity conservation.  The debates are specifically designed to improve communication and public speaking skills and to develop the student's confidence in presenting their views and defending their argument.
